Receiving A Thank You Card
Received a personal thank you card after fixing an inspiration and research work in Tokyo. So far I have received such a card twice, both from the same client company.
Reminds me how meaningful a personal touch could be, and also makes me feel that I should do the same when I work with other agencies.
